DMG regulations require that a letter of review <br />from the State Historic Preservation Office be submitted prior to <br />' approval of the DMG Notice of Intent. The purpose being to allow <br />for the inclusion of any pertinent stipulations to the drilling <br />program. <br />If you or one of your staff would review the proposed program, <br />and return a letter outlining and comments or concerns to my <br />attention prior to February 19, it would much appreciated. <br />Please feel free to call me with any questions or comments at <br />(970) 879-8398.
