3. Effluent Limitations for Outfalls I/009, 010, 016 and 017
Beginning immediately and lasting through June 30, 1991 the permittee
is authorized to discharge within the limitations specified below,
from outfall(s) serial number(s) 009, 010, 016 and 017.
Any discharge resulting from non-precipitation related causes or from
precipitation within nay 24-hour period less than or equal to the
10-year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmelt of equivalent
volume shall comply with the following limitations.
