Effluent Limitations for Outfalls I/009, 010, 016 and 017 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through June 30, 1991 the permittee <br />is authorized to discharge within the limitations specified below, <br />from outfall(s) serial number(s) 009, 010, 016 and 017. <br />Any discharge resulting from non-precipitation related causes or from <br />precipitation within nay 24-hour period less than or equal to the <br />10-year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmelt of equivalent <br />volume shall comply with the following limitations. <br />Effluent Parameter Discharge Limitations <br />Maaimum Concentration <br />Daily Maa. c/ <br />Flow - (MGD) N/A <br />Settleable Solids (ml/1) j/ 0.5 <br />Electrical Conductivity, micromhos/cm N/A <br />pH - (Standard Units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/. <br />• Oil and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ is any grab sample nor shall there <br />be a visible sheen. <br />Any discharge caused by precipitation within any 24-hour period <br />greater than the 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmeit ~f <br />equivalent volume may comply with the following limitations subject <br />to burden of proof requirements described in Part I.A.7. <br />Flow-MGD - monltoring only <br />Electrical Conductivity, micromhos/cm - monitoring only <br />pH - (Standard Units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/ <br />011 and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor <br />shall there be a visible sheen. <br />Additional conditions -effective at all times: <br />There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in <br />other than trace amounts.
