• NOTICE OF BLASTING SCHEDULE <br />COLORADO YAMPA COAL COMPANY <br />In accordance with 30 CFR 715.19 and Colorado Regulation 4.08.3, Colorado <br />Yampa Coal Company, 29588 Routt County Road #27, Oak Creek, Colorado 80467, <br />hereby provides public notice of its blasting schedule for operations located <br />in T4N, R86W of the 6th Principal Meridian, in Routt County, Colorado. <br />1) Blasting will occur within the following specific areas: <br />T4N, R86W <br />Section 8: EZ <br />Section 9: SW< <br />Section 17: Nz NE; <br />Section 17: NW< <br />Section 18: Lots 7 through 11 <br />Section 18: NE; <br />• 2) Commencing on June 2, 1986, blasting may occur during the following times <br />on Mondays through Saturdays: <br />10:-00 - 10:30 a.m. <br />11:30 - ].2:30 p.m. <br />1:00 - 1:30 p.m. <br />2:00 - 3:30 p.m. <br />4:00 - 4:30 p.m. <br />3) Blasting at times other than those described in the schedule may occur <br />when certain unavoidable hazardous situations are seen to exist, if: <br />A) Previously approved by the appropriate regulatory authority; or <br />B) Where CYCC or the public safety requires, such as: <br />i) destruction of damaged or deteriorated explosives or <br />detonators in a safe manner; <br />ii) disposal of misfires and/or• undetonated explosives; <br />• iii) firing of charged holes as soon as practical after cessation <br />of static electricity or stray current conditions when <br />electric detonators are used; <br />_'":- - - - <br />
