The general property, hereinafter
referred to as "the Ranch", is presently served with electric
power and the site applied for herein for extraction, hereinafter
referred to as "the site", will be serviced by extension of
such electric power under and pursuant to the direction and
supervision of officials providing such service.
The site will be furnished with water, by springs
and necessary piping. Such springs are more than adequate
for any purpose incident to this application, including
immediate needs, health requirements, and subsequent re-
clamation program.
In view of the limited number of expected employed
persons, projected to be three initially and five during
maximum operation, only minimal sanitary services, in the form
of portable toilet facilties, will be required. Full comp-
liance and direction by the Local and State Health Departments
will be met and exercised as subsequently directed.
Streets. The Ranch and general area is presently
serviced by an existing county maintained road, deliniated in
green on Exhibit C known as County Road 109. Such road is
now only sporadically used as a result of a nearby State
Highway running parallel to County Road 109 and only two
residential properties, other than the Ranch, using said
road. Access to such County road is presently in place and
will be over an adequate existing bridge South of the Ranch.
No improvement to County Road 108 is foreseeable as a result
of only an expected 20 trips per day from the exercise of
such permit.
Design. As a result of the relative remoteness
of the site from any residential area, no impact on adjacent
or nearby land areas will occur. The site is located within
-2-
