This exl;ension will include areas as shown on the <br />enclosed USGS map. Please perform a records search for <br />threatened and endangered species of fish, wildlife, vegetation <br />• and any other lifr.. forms which may be affected by this expansion. <br />Surface disturbance of Lhe area will be limited to tension cracks <br />due to subsidence which tend to appear and then "heal" following <br />the exCraction of underground coal pillars. Most of the area in <br />question is uurrent.ly t•angeland and hayfields.
