The following easements are located within the permit area: <br />1) Grand Valley Rural Power has a powerline easement through the northeast corner of the permit <br />area. <br />2) Excel Energy has two powerline easements that cross the permit area, one is 40' wide and the <br />other is 30' wide. <br />3) Western Slope Gas has a 50' wide easement through the permit area. <br />4) Grand Junction Drainage District has an irrigation return canal that runs from the east central <br />part of the permit to the southwest comer. <br />The following easements aze located within 200 feet of the permit azea: <br />1) Grand Valley Rural Power overhead line easement along 15 Road <br />2) Quest has a buried phone line along 15 Road. <br />• <br />None of these structures will be affected by the mining and processing operation shown in these <br />plans. <br /> <br />15 Road Pit 10/02 54 <br />
