The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit azea. All of
these structures are shown on Map C-1 . The land boundaries aze also shown on Map C-1.
1) The Fruita Mazketing and Management, I40 North Mesa, Fruita, Colorado 81521,
[phone] owns and maintains fencing and gates along 15 Road.
2) The Grand Valley Rural Power Lines, PO Box ] 90, Grand Junction, Colorado 81502,
[phone] owns and maintains the following man-made structures: utility Poles, overhead
electric lines and electrical appurtenances.
3) The Public Service Company of Colorado now Excel Energy, 2538 Buckman Ave, Grand
Junction, Colorado 81505, (970) 2442611 owns and maintains the following man-made structures:
utility poles, overhead electric lines, substation and electrical appurtenances
4) The Colorado State Pazks, PO Box 700, Clifton, Colorado 8]521, [phone] owns and
maintains a bazbed wire fenceline along the south boundary of the property.

boundary of the pit.

access road on the east boundary.
10) E. L. Robbins has a house, storage buildings, fence and access road on the east boundary.
11) Industrial Insulation Group LLC has a fence along the eastern boundary of the permit.
12) Kathleen Anderson has a residence and access road along the east boundary.
