The action requested is for an operation that was <br />previously approved, but, because no bond was provided, the permit was never issued. The <br />landowner and holder of the Board approval, Fountain Colony Investment Company, is <br />requesting this action by the Mined Land Reclamation Board so they can supply a minimal <br />bond that will allow the permit to be issued.
