Elevation ranges <br />from 4,800 to b,800 teat. 3Jopea are 6 to 26pe rcent. <br />The native vegetation is blue grams, buffalograes, <br />western wheatgrasa, cactus, and fringed sage. Mean <br />annual precipitation ranges from 13 to 16 inches, mean <br />annual air temperature ranges from 48° to 60° F, and <br />the froabfree season ranges from 136 to 160 days. <br />In a representative profile the surface layer is light <br />olive brown clay loam about 4 inches thick.
