It has been determined that no
emission permit or Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) will be
required for the above referenced source as uncontrolled emissions
of particulates will be less than two tons per year.
This exemption from permit requirements is issued in reliance upon
the accuracy and completeness of information supplied by the
applicant and is conditioned upon construction, installation, and
operation in accordance with this information and with
representations made by the applicant or the applicant's agents.
Specifically, this exemption has been granted provided that the
following information is accurate and complete:
1. Uncontrolled emissions of particulates are less than 2 tons
per year. Actual uncontrolled emissions, as calculated in the
Division's Preliminary Analysis are 0.57 tons per year. Annual
Records of the actual production rate shall be maintained and
made available to the Division for inspection upon request.
2. This equipment is not locate on a site with 110 tons per year
or more of primary crushing capacity (added to the forty ton
capacity of this unit (110 + 40 = 150) would put the site over
the NSPS 000 applicability level).
