<br />EXHIBIT M <br />OTHER PERMITS & LICENSES <br /> <br />The following is a list of all permit and licenses required to mine: <br />A. EFFLUENT DISCHAR E PE MIT. No water discharge is anticipated, therefore no <br />discharge permit required. However, if water is encountered in the quarry, a discharge <br />permit will be required. <br />B. AIR QUALITY EMISSIONS PERMITS See attached exemption for current stockpile <br />operation. If additional screening or other processing is required in the future, a Colorado <br />Department of Health air quality permit may be required. <br />C. RADIOACTIVE SOURCE MATERIAL LICENSES Not applicable, since no <br />radioactive sources involved. <br />D. DISPOSAL OF DREDGE AND FILL MATERIAL 404 P RMIT There will be no <br />dredging or filling of any materials. <br />E. DAM CONSTRUCTION PERMITS No dams will be constructed. <br />F. WELL PERMITS. No wells to be dug. <br />G. STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION CLEARANCE This has been obtained and <br />included on the following page. <br />H. HIGHWAY ACCESS PERMITS. Hauling from Colorado Lime's CF&I property has <br />been on going for years without a highway access permit, including hauling for highway <br />Department jobs. It is possible that a permit may be needed in the future, <br />however. <br />I. FOR . T ERVI E PE IT There will be no activity on Forest Service land. <br />J. BLM PERMITS. There will be no activity on BLM land. <br />K. CHAFFEE COUNTY LAND USE PERMIT. A copy of the Chaffee County <br />special Land Use Permit application accompanies this Mined Land Reclamation <br />Permit application. <br />L. CITY ZONING. This application is for operations extremely remote from the <br />closest incorporated city or town. <br />
