1. The applicant received approval of Pueblo County Special Use Permit, SUP No. 97-09 at the June
meeting of the Pueblo County Planning Commission.
2. Extraction in this operation will be less than 70,000 tpy so no Fugitive Dust Permit will be
required. However, an APEN and courtesy letter of notification will be sent to the Colorado
Departtnent of Health, Air Pollution Control Division.
3. A S[otmwater Discharge Petmit will be obtained from the Water Quality Control Commission and
the appropriate Stormwa[er Management Plan will be developed.
