<br />EXHIBIT `E' <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Items (1) and (2) are general instructions and comments on preparation of the plan. Specifics start <br />in (2)(a) and are as follows: <br />(2) explanation of all general requirements for the type of reclamation proposed: <br />(a) A description of the type of reclamation proposed to achieve in the reclamation of the <br />affected land and why chosen, the amount of acreage accorded to each, and a general discussion <br />of methods of reclamation as related to the mechanics of dirt moving. <br />The operator has chosen rangeland as the reclamation type of this site. This is the present usage and <br />is typical of the surrounding area. The maximum acreage that will be affected is in the 60 - 75 acre <br />range. The project is anticipated to have a life of 10 - 15 years depending upon business conditions. <br />_i 2 <br />The mechanics of earthmoving will consist o rading the pit floo and ep acing topsoi (growth <br />media to a ept of4" to " dep~ding upon availability, and will probably average 6". The pit floor <br />will be left basically flat. If necessary, a o~v ern will be established on the pit perimeters to ptevent <br />ninof an erosio Front-end loaders, dozers and scraper or any combination thereof will be used <br />to accomplish his <br />(b) A comparison of the proposed post-mining land use to other land uses in the vicinity and <br />to adopted state and local land use programs. <br />As stated above, the proposed post-mining land use is rangeland and is typical of the land usage in <br />the immediate vicinity. This is in compliance with adopted state and local land use plans and <br />programs. <br />(c) A description of how the Reclamation Plan will be implemented to meet each applicable <br />requirement of Section 3.1 <br />Section 3. ] Requirements <br />3.1.1 Establishing Post Mining Use <br />(i) The operator, in accordance with the Lessor's wishes, has agreed that rangeland is the most <br />appropriate final use for this property at the present time. The site will be seeded for rangeland <br />similar to the surrounding areas. <br />
