Please be advised that all areas <br />disturbed by mining operations must be included in the permit <br />boundaries. These areas include those which contain all buildings, <br />topsoil, overburden and flagstone stockpiles, access roads, and <br />equipment use and storage. Please include these features within <br />the permit boundaries and in the permitted acreage. <br />2, The submitted map does not include all data required as per <br />'Rule 3.11(6).
