Upon reviewing your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated
June 18, 1986 we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado

The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be
considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined
Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978):
Exhibit D - Water resources, vegetation, and soils information. Please
consult your local Soil Conservation Service representatives for the
vegetation and soils information.
Additionally, the following deficiencies were identified during a preliminary
adequacy review:
