It is understood that you will follow the Soil Conservation Service's
recommendation of crimping one ton of native grass hay into the soil
following grass seeding.
4. It is recommended that you have a sample of your topsoil analyzed to
determine the types and rates of fertilization needed, if any, to aid in
seeding establishment and plant growth.
Exhibit H - Reclamation Costs
1. Please provide the costs of hiring a third party contractor to complete
final reclamation for the proposed 9.9 acre disturbance. Third-party
contractor costs are required to ensure that the State has enough funds
to accomplish reclamation if the operator fails to maintain that
responsibility.
If you do not wish to calculate the costs, you may elect the $5,000.00
maximum financial warranty assessed to Limited Impact Operations.
Please discuss.
