Hubbs' "Hubbs Pit", La Plata County <br />Adequacy Items <br />The following items must be addressed by the applicant in order to satisfy the <br />applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101 et seq. Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Item 12 - Acreage <br />1. Limited impact mining permits are issued for operations comprising LESS <br />THAN ten (10) acres; I will change the acreage listed on your <br />application form from 10 to 9.9 acres in order to meet this criterion, <br />if met with your approval. <br />Item 13 - Application Fee <br />1. The fee fora Limited Impact Permit is E25.00 plus E10.00 for each <br />additional acre, or fraction thereof. Your application fee for 9.9 <br />acres would be E125.00, not E200.00. A refund of E75.00 will be sent to <br />,you under separate cover. <br />Exhibit C - Map <br />-{ne <br />1. A county map or U.S.G.S. quadrangle map notinglproposed operation <br />location would greatly assist me in understanding the physical layout of <br />the area. Please provide if you are able. <br />Exhibit D - Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation, and Soild Information <br />1. .4 copy of your application will be transmitted to the Colorado Division <br />of Wildlife for their review and comment, if any. <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. .s. Item 15 states that the proposed future land use will be grazing and <br />water storage. Will a pond or lake be created? <br />b.
