Len, a registered professional engineer, registry number 75750, in [he state of Colorado, certify that <br />the Refuse Pile Haul Road was resurfaced in accordance with our recommendations outlined in Exhibit 25F. <br />The contractor resurfaced approximately 2000 lineal feet of roadway. <br />• We inspected the subject roadway during a period of April 4, 1996 through May 8, 1996 and on September 5, <br />1996 to verify that the subbase and road base gravels were placed and compacted [o a[ least 95% of [he <br />modified Proctor density determined in accordance with ASTM D1557. We also verified that the contractor <br />had placed [he required amount of subbase and base course gravels. <br />The contractor had placed a 16 inch thick layer of subbase gravels over the existing gravels and a 4 to 5 inch <br />thick layer of base course gravels over the pit run gravels.
