• ~nks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT M -OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br />Additional permits/approvals required for this project are as follows: <br />• Weld County Use by Special Review Permit <br />• Air Emissions Permit and Particulate Emissions Control Plan from the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE -Air <br />Pollution Control Division) <br />• Colorado State Engineer's Office Gravel Well Permit and Temporary <br />Substitute Supply Plan <br />• CDPS Discharge Permit for discharge of ground water from dewatering <br />the gravel pit (from the CDPHE -Water Quality Control Division) <br />• Weld County Flood Hazard Development Permit <br />All mobile processing equipment and the concrete batch plant to be used at the <br />proposed mine will also have permits issued by CDPHE-APCD. <br />An application for a Use by Special Review Permit (Mining) is being submitted to Weld <br />County. <br />Historic Resources <br />A search of the Colorado Cultural Resource Inventory indicated that there may be a <br />historic barn on the subject site. A site investigation found this structure to be located ~ <br />outside of the proposed mining limits and therefore not subject to possible damage or <br />disturbance. <br />Other significant historical or archaeological sites that may be encountered during <br />mining shall be studied and preserved andlor recorded, if deemed warranted by <br />Colorado Historical Society, Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. <br />Lohmann Sand and Gravel Mine.DMG.112 20055 <br />L.G.
