Table 5, Summary of Costs -Facilities, shows a complete breakdown of direct and indirect costs for the reclamation of the entire Facilities disturbance azea only, including direct costs of $2,879,671 and indirect costs of $548,085. Table 6, Summary of Costs -Section 16, shows a complete breakdown of direct and indirect costs for the reclamation of the entire Section 16 disturbance area only, including direct costs of $1,657,602 and indirect costs of $268,096. 18.0 SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS Pursuant to applicable regulations promulgated under the Colorado Surface Mining and Reclamation Act, Colowyo has determined total reclamation costs and corresponding bond amounts for reclamation ofmining-related disturbance during the next permit term as follows: • Total All Direct Costs $15,610,286 • Subtotal Contractor Indirect Costs $ 2,249,610 Subtotal Administrative Indirect Costs -$ 538,397 • Phase II & III Bonding Release - $ 221,363• • TR 49, West Pit Disturbance Area $ 41,085 • TR-53, Section 17 Mining $510,880• Total Sond Amount $19,171,621 These amounts reflect the utilization of the most accurate and current information available to estimate the cost which would be incurred by the MLRD in the unlikely event that Colowyo could not meet the reclamation obligation under the existing approved permit during the next five-year term.
