In consulting with the SCS and <br />referring to their critical area planting guidelines fur this <br />location, the following seed mixture was developed: <br />Percent <br />S ep ties of Mixture Rate/HC lbs. PLS <br />Alkali sacaton 2U .2 <br />Pubescent wheatyrass 2U 3.ti <br />Western wheatgrass 4U 6.4 <br />Russian wildrye lU l.U <br />Sanfoin 5 2.9 <br />Cicer milkvetch 5 .6 <br />Total 14.7 <br />The staff feels that this seed mixture would be more appropriate to the <br />site and soils. Please advise staff as to your decision on adjustiny the <br />seed mixture. <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />Please adjust your reclamation costs to account for the alternate <br />revegetation plan submitted under question #2 under the Reclamation Plan. <br />As soon as we receive an adequate response to the above questions, proof <br />of publication and proof of notification to adjacent landowners, we will <br />recommend approval to the Board.
