Nature of the Anticipated Disturbance: Five drill pad locations and access improvements <br />13. Comments: <br />Each well or shaft location will entail up to 1 acre of ground disturbance, and Shaft 4 may require up <br />to % mile of access road improvement to reach the drill site. <br />III. PROJECT LOCATION <br />Please attach a photocopy of USGS Quad. cleazly showing the project location. The Quad should be cleazly labeled with the <br />Prime Meridian, Township, Range, Secrion(s), Quad. map name, sizx, and date. Please do not reduce or enlazge the photocopy. <br />14. Description: <br />The survey block for the E Seam methane drainage wells is on steep-sided ridges in T13S, R90W, Section <br />28. This azea is on both sides of an unnamed gulch that is east of Horse Gulch and north of Minnesota <br />Creek. The survey block for Shaft 4 straddles Deer Creek on the south side of Minnesota Creek in Sections <br />32 and 33. Access to both of these areas is a short distance east of Minnesota Reservoir along the <br />Minnesota Creek Road. <br />
