The proposed reclamation plan of two lakes with stabilized vegetated <br />shorelines does not describe a post-mining beneficial land use as <br />required by the Mined Land Reclamation Act. It is not clear from the <br />permit what the beneficial use will be of creating 58.7 acres of pond. <br />Please clarify. <br />11. The Division requests that the operator examine alternatives to <br />reclaiming this area by creating 2 lakes, one quite large. Can positive <br />drainage be established with some grading?
