Shoo and Facilities. Assuming Seneca II does not receive any bonafide requests from the postmine • <br />landowner to leave the mine office and/or shop facilities, all structures will be disassembled and the <br />foundations broken and buried in the solid waste disposal site as shown on F~rhibit 13-2, Backfill and <br />Grading Schedule. Any contaminated soil or fill materials will be land fanned in the Petroleum <br />Contaminated Material Stockpile and properly disposed of in the solid waste disposal area. <br />Soil will be replaced in accordance with Tab 9, Attachment 9.9, Topsoil Management Plan, and Exhibit 9- <br />3c, Final Reclamation -Topsoil Management Plan. The site will be seeded with Seed Mix No, 1 <br />Powedines. Power lines and power poles not requested as a permanent feature from the postmine <br />landowner will be removed. The holes and any disturbance associated vrith powedine removal will be <br />reclaimed according to procedures specified in this tab. Several poles may be left as raptor perches in <br />interior reGaimed areas. If poles are to be retained as raptor perches, the spacing will not exceed more <br />than 2 poles in 1600 feet. Requests for retention of poles will be submitted to the postmine landowner and <br />the CDMG for approval. Upon receipt by SCC, the executed requests will be submitted to CDMG for <br />insertion into Appendix 13-12a, Landowner Requests for Permanent Features. <br />• <br />Fences. Several fence configurations will be left as permanent features for better pasture use <br />management or fencing along property lines. Exhibit 13-2A, Postmining Topogrephy and Permanent <br />Features, shows the postmine fence configurations, Upon receipt by SCC, the executed requests <br />will be submitted to CDMG for insertion into Appendix 13-12a, Landowner Requests for Permanent <br />Features. Perimeter fences not needed for pasture management or property line fencing will be <br />removed. Any disturbances associated with fence removal will be properly graded and seeded wfth Seed <br />Mix No. 1. Fenang removal costs are shown in Attachment 13-4. <br />Solid Waste Disposal Site. After burial of all mine debris that is appropriate for disposal in the solid waste <br />disposal area, the site will be covered with a minimum of B feet of backfill malarial and graded. <br />Suitable topsoil will be placed over the regraded area to a minimum depth of 4.3 inches as shown on <br />Exhibit 9.?c, Final Reclamation Topsoil Management Plan, and then the area will be planted with <br />Seed Mix No. 1. It is anticipated that final reclamation of this area will occur in 2012, in conjunction with <br />final reclamation at the office/shop facilities area. <br />u <br />TR-37 13-46 Revised 01/06 <br />
