1. <br />Exhibit B <br />COC-69290-01 <br />p.l of 3 <br />Special stipulations <br />1. The holder shall notify the Grand Junction Field Office at least 48 <br />hours prior to the commencement of any surface disturbing activities <br />under this grant. The contact person is Tom Bargsten at the Grand <br />Junction Resource Area office, phone (970) 244-3030. <br />2. <br />routes <br />3. Four cultural sites were evaluated as eligible for nomination to the <br />National Register of Historic Places, SGF 3878, SGF3870, 5GF3680, <br />4. All construction activities, drilling sites, upgrading, and use of <br />existing roads shall be confined to the right-of-way granted. In no <br />case will such activities take place outside the grant area. <br />5. Drainages shall not be blocked or filled with loose dirt or debris. The <br />new construction portion of the access roads shall be ditched and <br />crowned. <br />6. All construction equipment shall be clean and weed need free prior to <br />moviag equipment on public lands sad start of construction. Drill <br />holes #1, #2, #3,~and #4 are located within an infeatatioa of jointed <br />goatgrasa, sad shall be drilled last to avoid potential transport of <br />the seed to other upland areas. <br />7. The holder shall maintain the right-of-way in a safe, usable condition, <br />as directed by the authorized officer. <br />8. AlI trash resulting from use of this Right-of-Way shall be confined in <br />a covered container, and shall be removed and hauled to an authorized <br />disposal site. No burning of trash, trees, brush or any other material <br />shall be allowed. <br />9. Thirty days prior to termination of the right-of-way, the holder shall <br />contact the authorized officer to arrange a joint inspection of the <br />right-of-way to formulate an acceptable termination and reclamation <br />plan. This plan shall include, but is not limited to, removal of any <br />facilities, recontouring, stabilizing, or seeding. The authorized <br />iamiediately (36 CFR 800.13). <br />
