• Complete cooperation will be given to local surface owners in regard to livestock and/or <br />cultivated croplands, that is, drilling operations will be kept away or postponed from any <br />area where drilling could present a potential danger to livestock operations, such as the <br />spring lambing season, or the destruction of crops. All gates will be kept closed, and as <br />was stated above, all holes will be properly plugged to prevent dangers to livestock or <br />wildlife. Field personnel will not be in possession of firearms while in the area. Due <br />caution will be used to protect any natural resource that may exist in the area. <br />By using the above precautions, Peabody will eliminate any potential dangers to public <br />health and safety. As for the drilling personnel, they will be required to wear the <br />necessary safety equipment, that is, hard hats and hard toed shoes.
