You either requested not to have party status but <br />wanted to be informed of the permit application process or stated objection to the application and requested <br />parry status for the hearing process. <br />Recently, the Division sent you its recommendation for approval of the above application over concerns and <br />objections received during the comment period. In that letter you were given a date for aPre-Hearing <br />Conference. The time and place has now been set. The Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., June 14, 1999 in <br />Room 318, of the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. Anyone having parry slams <br />that wishes to provide testimony at the Formal Public Hearing to be held later should bring lists of witnesses and <br />or exhibits you may want to introduce. <br />Attached is a copy of the Division's Rationale for Recommending Approval of the application over objections <br />received during the comment period. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will consider whether to approve the application during a Format <br />Public Hearing during their June 22-23, 1999 meeting in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. <br />To determine which day the Hearing will be held, call the Division's office no sooner than June I8, 1999. <br />Please call if you have questions. <br />Sincerely, ~ ~~ <br />'O'~~~i/'1' <br />Larry D.
