<br />Sealing or Drill Hole and Underground Opening <br />1. Trinidad Basin Mining will clearly mark with an appropriate <br />sign as well as provide protection by the placement of a post <br />adjacent to the well. A section of PVC casing shall extend <br />from the well approximately 2' above the surrounding surface <br />to protect the well from surface water infiltration. This casing <br />shall be provided with a cement collar for further protection. <br />After all necessary monitoring has been done and should the land- <br />owners not request further use of the wells the wells shall be <br />plugged and sealed in accordance with Trinidad Basin Mining's <br />• earlier response to sealing the well and exploration holes. <br /> <br />`Zt~i VIl-?~ <br />
