FYan the available information it does not appear that <br />• reclamation problems will result fmn acidbr-toxic-forming spoil. <br />The strata that does present potential problems is located in such <br />a position as to ensure its thorough m;x;nq with non-problematic <br />spoil and the material being placed near the bottom of the cut. <br />In all cases any toxic-or-acid-forming material will be buried <br />with at least four feet of non-toxic material. <br />7.4.7 Ground Water <br />As stated in previous sections, no significant amowits of <br />ground water occurs within the areas to be affected by mining. There= <br />fore, negative impacts to the ground water recharge capacity should <br />not be realized as a result of mining. The recharge capacity <br />may be increased due to the physical rearrangement and fracturing <br />• of the strata. <br /> <br />VII-7 <br />
