• SECTION 1.0 1999 Annual Reclamation Report <br /> As specified by the revisions (1/3/90) to 2CCR 407-2. 2.04.13; Trapper Mine is submitting an Annual <br /> Reclamation Report for the previous calendar year(1999). <br /> Historically, section 3.5.3 of Trappers mining and reclamation permit required a reclamation map be <br /> submitted to the CDMG annually by March 15. Subsequent to 1988 the map entitled the "Postmine <br /> Contour Map" has changed to 'Reclamation Map." The reclamation maps developed from aerial pho- <br /> tographs taken during the previous fall shows pit advancements, recontoured spoil areas and a historical <br /> account of the previously regraded areas for the year. <br /> The 1999 reclamation map is a composite of the aerial photographs taken in October 1999, and shows <br /> the reclamation performed during 1999 for all areas under bond. Map(s) 1.0 show the aerial extent and <br /> location of mature shrub clumps, disturbed acres, graded acres, topsoiled acres and perennial seeded <br /> acres during 1999. It also shows the location, aerial extent and reclamation year of all previously <br /> revegetated areas, as well as the projected mature shrub clump establishment areas, topsoil stripping <br /> areas and laydown areas for 2000. <br /> 1.1 Pennittes Identification <br /> The Perrnittee for this annual reclamation report is: <br /> Trapper Mining Inc. <br /> P.O. Box 187 <br /> Craig CO 81626 <br /> • Permit No. C-81-010 <br /> 1.2 Results <br /> Table 1.1 and Map(s) 1.0 show the 1999 reclamation results. The various reclamation stages <br /> are addressed below in separate subsections. <br /> 1.2.1 Disturbed Acres <br /> In 1999, Trapper disturbed 187.06 acres resulting from topsoil salvage for pit advancement, <br /> haulage corridor construction, topsoil stockpile construction, sediment pond construction, and <br /> other miscellaneous activities as approved by the Division. <br /> 1.2.2 Backfrlled and Graded Acres <br /> Trapper backfilled and graded to final contour (AOC) approximately 136.88 acres in 1999. <br /> These acres were in Ashmore Pit, Flintlock Pit and Derringer Pit. <br /> 1.2.3 Topsolled Acres <br /> Trapper retopsoiled 136.88 acres during 1999 in Ashmore Pit, Flintlock Pit and Derringer Pit. <br /> 1.2.4 Seeded Acres <br /> There were 136.88 acres seeded to perennial species in 1999. These acres are in association <br /> with mine pits)advancement. <br /> • <br />
