Orientation of the cleating, <br />although not totally uniform, generally trends in a northwest direction. <br />Exact orientations were not obtained, however, the trend has been measured <br />at N 55 W. Stringers of coal above and below the "E" seam were not immediately <br />obvious and in only scattered location were any significant amounts of coal <br />observed, even though as much as 3 feet of roof material has been excavated <br />in some locations. <br />The "E" coal seam is similar in quality to the "D" coal seam and a complete <br />analysis of "E" core samples are included in Figures 2.04.6(a)(i)-1 through <br />2.04.6(a)(i)-5 and Table 2.04.6(2){a){iv )D. <br />• <br />• 53a (Revised 2-26-88) <br />
