We have mined sand and gravel in this
area for over 20 years and have not to date engaged in "New Open Mining" as
defined by law but expect to within the year. We own approximately 405 acres
of gravel land. We have broken this acreage doom into what now appears to be
feasible five year plans. We are applying for a permit on the first of these
tentative five year plans covering about 30 affected acres. These phases will
be revised from time to time as conditions require.
Our general plan is to leave lakes separated by roads and open land areas.
This area to be landscaped with bushes, trees and grass. The lakes to be
stocked with different species of fish and the whole area to be considered
as a possible future commercial site.
We will give the required information in the order in which is requested in
92-13-5.
2(b) Legal description is attached and the area to be mined is 30 acres.
2(c) Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc., is the owner of the land.
2(d) Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc., owns the sand and gravel to be
mined.
2(e) Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc.
2(f) Box 299, Loveland, Colorado X537, is both the local and general
office address of Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc.
2(g) No other permits are held by applicants or affiliated persons
under this article.
2(h) All land we are mining is low and adjacent to the river. Therefore
all our pits are wet.
R2certre~ ~ G ec.~c ,•k
(~ ~ ~~ ~a w.w~
o -(' ~N .Soo ~ ~ ~ , f-o ,,C~,• I l a `^- 7~.5`~?
~~oc~,-E-c~.c-(-e~ ~LL,ou.-F- howc; ~2 ~soo o~,.. ~o/~ fly
