<br />(Select Applicable Clauses for Subject Agreement and Renumber) <br />Air Pollution <br />A1. Operator will monitor and control fugitive dust to keep same in <br />compliance with the dust emission standards set by the Colorado <br />Air Pollution Control Commission. <br />A2. Operator will maintain internal combustion engines to keep air <br />pollution within the standards set by the Colorado Air Pollution <br />Control Commission. <br />Blasting <br />H1. Blasting will be conducted during daylight hours only, and in a <br />manner to alleviate or curtail shock and concussion nuisance by <br />controlling the size of the blast. <br />B2. All blasting will be monitored with a seismograph to accumulate <br />.data for determining a standard. <br />General <br />G1. Daily operations will not begin before 6:00 A.M. nor extend past <br />10:00 P,M. <br />G2. Plan and agreement will be updated annually so that new techniques <br />can be utilized as they are produced or found. <br />G3. Operator will furnish the Land Reclamation Board a performance <br />bond in the amount of <br />to insure that the work required herein will <br />be accomplished. <br />Mining Methods <br />M1. Operator will backfill areas affected by this operation beginning <br />at or beyond the top of the highwall and eloped to the toe of the <br />spoil bank at a maximum angle not to exceed the approximate <br />original contour of the land. <br />-3- <br /> <br />
