<br />13. (a) Section 228.6: Except as provided herein, all information and <br />data submitted shall be available for examination by the public <br />at the office of the District Ranger in accordance with the pro- <br />visions of 7 CFR 1.1-1.6 and 36 CFR 200.5-200.10. Except, as ' <br />specifically identified confidential information concerning trade <br />secrets, or privileged commercial or financial information identi- <br />fied in parts None <br />of this Operating Plan. <br />14. (a) Section 228.7 Inspection, noncompliance: It is agreed that the' <br />operation will be open on request for inspection by the District <br />Ranger or his appointed representatives and that at least 2 <br />inspections will be made during the course of the operation and a <br />final inspection will be made at the close of the operation annually <br />or on cessation of the operation, to ensure compliance of the pro- <br />visions of the Operating Plan and where applicable to determine if <br />bond requirements have been satisfied. <br />15. (a) Section 228.9 Maintenance during Operations, public safety: It <br />is herein agreed that during all operations, the operator shall <br />maintain his structures, equipment, and other facilities in a <br />safe, neat and workmanlike manner. Hazardous sites or conditions <br />resulting from the operations shall be marked by signs, fenced or <br />otherwise identified to protect the public. <br />-9- <br /> <br />
