1 <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT I/J <br /> <br /> SOILS AND VEGETATION <br /> The United States Soil Conservat ion Service has been contacted <br /> with regard to baseline data on soils and vegetation. Their report <br /> <br /> is included on the following pages. In addition, Roy Bell and <br /> John Valentine of the SCS have sugges ted a revegetation program. <br /> not <br /> Their suggestions are/included in the reclamation plan (Exhibit E). <br />t The SCS report indicates only on e soil type (Nederland, cobbley, <br /> <br /> sandy loam) existing on the affected lands. The report indicates <br /> <br /> it is of poor quality. Nevertheless, the soil will be segregated <br />I and stockpiled whenever possible. <br /> A lengthy list of grasses, (orbs and sage are noted in the <br /> SCS report.
