This Lease states the entire agree- <br />• <br />ment between the parties, and replaces all oral and written rep- <br />resentations, correspondence and agreements. No amendment or <br />modification of this Lease shall be binding unless made by writ- <br />ten instrument of equal formality. The terms and benefits of <br />this Lease shall accrue to and be binding upon the successors, <br />assigns, sublessees, heirs, executors and administrators of the <br />parties. If there should be more than one party designated as <br />Lessor, notice shall be considered sufficient under this Lease if <br />given personally or mailed to any one of them. If and when <br />requested by Lessee, Lessor shall execute a memorandum lease so <br />that Lessee may record same and give public notice of the estate <br />and rights received under this Lease, without, however, giving <br />notice of the amount of the royalties and other matters hereunder <br />which Lessee considers confidential. Lessor shall not record <br />this Lease. <br />13. Notice. Unless otherwise provided in this Lease, all <br />• <br />notices, communications and payments directed to Lessor shall be <br />addressed to: <br />George T.
