See attached letter. <br />E. Water Resources <br />1. Please send comments from the Division of Water Resources at your <br />earliest convenience. <br />2. Water from the pit could be use for dust control or washing ma- <br />terials from the pit. It is our understanding that a well permit <br />is not required to use water from the Colorado River. It is sub- <br />ject to Colorado Water Law. <br />F. Reclamation Costs: <br />1. These figures were arrived at from our latest cost data. This <br />cost is only an estimate as mentioned and could be higher or <br />lower. In either case we will pay for reclaiming the pit. All <br />our work is done by awarding contracts to the lowest bidder. We <br />do not turn estimated amounts of money over to any one. <br />G.
