Keasurements for the flakes are 18.4 mm. <br />long, 15.3 mn, vide and 3.7 mm. thick; 30.75 mm. long, 23.7 mm. vide <br />and 8.6 mm, thick. The modified chunk is 38.7 ma. long, 26.8 ~. vide <br />and 10.7 ~. thick. Efforts were made to locate additional cultural <br />materials, but none were located. The topographic location of the iso- <br />lated find afforded eacelleat visibility to the northeast and to the <br />northwest,. and the find is situated between Mann Draw and Ballinger <br />Draw. Permanent eater eaists about 2.5 la. Ncr.th of I.F. 308 at the <br />Canadian River. A high degree of recent disturbance vas noted around <br />308 . <br />I.F. 30? <br />Isolated find 309 is an individual non-utilized flake of tan <br />ehert found on the souther^.. end of a low ridge in Section I3. This <br />flake measures i5.8 mm, in length, 12.4 mm. in :.Lt`. aaa 2.6 ~. i_ <br />thickness. :;o additional cultural materials were located near this <br />isolated find. Same recent deer skeletal reraias were observed '_a ;he <br />vac'.y`r^. e? ?C~ ..t were not considered ass~c~atec with the :_a:.a. <br />The soils at this location were sandier than other soils is the survey <br />axes. Topographically, I.°. 3C° is located en the east-sout4east per- <br />imeter of a recent underground mine subsidence. The opening of the <br />mine vas located about 100 meters north-northeast of this isolated <br />find. There is as eaeellent view from this place as the location is <br />. is the 6pea. <br />
