Western Mobile Northern, Inc., a subsidiary of Lafarge; 1800 North Tafr Hill Road, P.O. Box
2187, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522, [phone], has filed an application for a Regular (112)
Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction
of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Loveland Pit, and is located at or
near Section 24, Township 5 North, Range 69 West, 6`h Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is July 1, 2000, and the proposed date of completion is
July 1, 2015. The proposed future use of the land is Wildlife Habitat. Additional information
and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313
Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, [phone], or at the Larimer County
Clerk and Recorder's office; 200 W. Oak Street, Fort Collins, Colorado, or the above-named
applicant.
Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology by
4:00 p.m. on Thursday,lVlay 18, 2000.
