The acres given in • <br />Table 17-7 reflect actual topsoil and revegetation liability acres within the proposed <br />permit boundary, end total effected lends. <br />The projected schedule for reclamation of the Hayden Gulch loadout is summarized in Table <br />17-2. The disturbance area, with exception to those facilities which are to be retained to <br />compliment the final postmine land use, will be eompl etely reclaimed within one full year <br />after the year in which operations are discontinued. If possible, reclamation will be <br />completed within the same year es final closure providing sufficient time is available to <br />complete all activities. For example, if final closure occurs in February of year 7, <br />reclamation will be completed by the end of that year. If closures occurs in September of <br />year 1, final reclamation may not be completed until the end of year 2. <br />Certain facilities will be retained to compliment the final postmine land use. These <br />facilities include the right-of-ways for Routt County Road 37 and Colorado State Righway <br />40, and that portion of the acoess road extending to the County road maintenance yard. <br />Cessation of Operations • <br />In the event a cessation of operations is to occur for a period of 30 days or more, or as <br />soon as it is known that a temporary cessation will extend beyond 30 days, the Division <br />will be notified. Within 90 days after notification, a notice of intention to cease <br />temporarily or abandon operations wilt be submitted to the Division defining the <br />information required in Rules 4.30.7 and 4.30.2 es applicable.
