Of the above-existing structures, the following have been transferred into
Fermi[ G82-056 (Twentymile Coal Company):
Mine Office Complex
Explosives Bunker
Haul Roads
Equipment Construction Site (PM Bay)
Powerlines
Water Supply Lines
Tipple No. 2 Facility
Ra i I road
Sediment Ponds B, C, D, E, F, and G
Warehouse Xc Light-duty Bay (excludes remainder of
shop that is in front of warehouse)
Twentymile Coal Company will be responsible for final reclamation of these facilities.
Shop and Warehouse Complex
Energy Fuels maintains a complete maintenance shop and warehouse facility at the Energy Mine No. I covering
approximately 28 acres in Section 32, Township ~ North, Range 36 West. This complex consists of several
structures as identified on Energy Mines Nos. I and 2, Existing Structures, Map 34.
MTjor mechanical repair work on the equipment Flee[ is performed at the shop on a three-shift, seven-day-week
schedule. A welding facility is also part of this facility; welding on any breaks or cracks in the equipment is
performed by qualified welders from this shop. The warehouse contains an inventory of equipment parts for use in
the comprehensive maintenance program. Outside storage of the larger inventory parts is essential because of
limited covered building space. Both the welding facility and the warehouse have been transferred to Twentymile
Coal Company (Fermi[ C-82-056), and Twentymile will reclaim the site when [he facilities are no longer needed
for its operation.
•
1996 Permit Ren. 780-32 Revised (/31/97
