• <br />maintenance activities require equipment too heavy to carry. <br />Generally, the pump house is inspected by walking from the nearby <br />access road. The existing light-use road was designed, located, <br />constructed and will be maintained and reclaimed in accordance with <br />the applicable provisions of Rule 4.03.3. <br />(4) Ponds, Impoundments and Diversions <br />Sa) General. A general plan and detailed design plan for each <br />sediment pond, water impoundment and diversion proposed to be constructed <br />within the permit area. <br />(i) Each general plan shall: <br />(A) Be prepared by, or under the direction of, and <br />cert~dfied by a qualified registered professional engineer, or by a <br />• professional geologist with assistance from experts in related fields such <br />as surveying and landscape architecture; <br />(B) Contain a description, map, prepared according to <br />2.10.. and cross section of the structure and its location: <br />(C) Contain preliminary hydrologic and geologic <br />information required to assess the hydrologic impact of the structure; <br />(D) Contain an analysis describing the potential <br />effect on the structure from subsidence of the subsurface strata resulting <br />from past underground mining activities if underground mining has occurred; <br />and <br />(E) Contain a certification statement which includes a <br />scheriule setting forth the dates that any detailed design plan for <br />stru~:tures that are not submitted with the general plan will be submitted <br />to i:he Division. The Division shall have approved, in writing, the <br />detailed design olan for a structure before construction of the structure <br />begins. <br /> <br />2.05-14 <br />
