5) As noted above, there is a four wheel drive trail crossing the land between BLM parcels. The <br />Reclamation Plan states that the trail will be re-established with other reclamation efforts. Staff <br />would advise the applicant and BLM discuss a permanent relocation of the trail. Experience has <br />shown that motorized traffic trails through areas under reclamation cause more problems than <br />they solve. <br />6) Please find enclose Office of State Engineer comments concerning this proposed project. Please <br />respond directly to the OSE and Cc a copy to the Division for the permit record. <br />7) Per your request received this date, please find enclosed a copy of the letter accepting the <br />application as complete on November 8th, 2006. <br />This is a Preliminary Review of the application and should not be considered as final requirements for a <br />Decision.
