REVISED EXHIBIT S: Permanent Man-made Structures <br />Hocker Construction, LLP Gravel Pit <br />The mining operation will not affect the stability of any significant, valuable or <br />permanent man-made structure located on or within two hundred feet of affected land. <br />Hocker Construction will follow the recommendations of the DMG and allow a <br />maximum mining highwall angle of O.SH:1V and a 46' setback from the centerline of the <br />easements within which the gas production structures lay, and 46' from structures on the <br />surface. The owner/operator has established setbacks from all significant man-made <br />structures to ensure they will not be affected by mining operations. <br />The following is a list of all man-made structures within 200' of affected azea: <br />County Road 321 <br />County Road 322 <br />Gas Well <br />Wolfe 33-7-22, #2 <br />SG Interest I, LTD <br />Amoco Production Co. gas pipeline <br />Fence along a portion of the west property line <br />Fence along a portion of the south property line <br />Fence along a portion of the east property line <br />Fence along a portion of the north property line <br />
