<br />EXHIBIT D - paragraph 1 <br />In addition to the figures inclusive to the Gold Hill Mill Bond <br />Calculation (attached), .25 of an acre associated with the <br />disturbed Wynona dump just to the southeast of the mill building. <br />should require: <br />2 hours regrading@ 470/hour 140. <br />50 Yards top sail @ 614/yard 700. <br />48 hours @ 336/hour for the spreading 1728. <br />and grading of indigenous type top soil, <br />~J/ extraction and transplantation of i <br />W vW~o., targeted Conifers <i6 Pinus Ponderosa) and <br />WWWW brush (7 Juniperus Communis> as wall as seeding <br />with two types of grasses that are found to be i <br />most compatible for growth in the Andromeda <br />Revegtation Plot Juxtaposed to the Wynona <br />Dump. TOTAL 52568. <br />No trees or brush will be introduced to the reclaimed tailing <br />impoundment to insure no root gouging of the liner, <br />EXHI8IT D - paragraph 2 <br />The White Cloud dump has not been disturbed. Thera is not future <br />plans to disturb this dump. Therefore, no regrading will be done <br />on this dump. <br />The Oscar dump no longer exists.
