The application cannot be approved until the following <br />remaining issues are adequately addressed. Please submit a response to the following issues as soon as <br />possible, but no later than January 7, 2004 so the decision due date set for January 12, 2004 can be met. If <br />your response, or a written request for extension of the decision date, is not received by January 7, 2004 this <br />application may be denied. <br />ADEQUACY ISSUES <br />Exhibit C -Pre-mining and Mining Plan Maps <br />1.
