-9-
MR. DANIEL SON: It's been moved and seconded that we waive the deadline,
or is there any further discussion?
MR. O'CONNOR: Waive it only for the purposes of allowing that these
comments that came in hours late would be allowed to be received into the
record.
MR. HOLDER: The letter to them does say postmarked, by the way.
MR. DANIELSUI: Yeah, could we out that letter in the record?
MR. RENNER: Yes, I'll be sure it nets in there.
MR. DANIELSON: All right then, I won't try to restate the motion but I
will say there has been a motion. Is there any further discussion?
All those in favor?
Now is a further motion in order at this point, Davis?
MR. HOLDER: I think so. I have found in reading
many, many of the concerns are in our jurisdiction, are
look at. And the fact that fear exists on the Dart of
that a public hearing is in order. So, I move that we
hold a public hearino on February 22nd. One thins I'm
seems to be that we have it in San Luis. I'm not sure
all this data that
thinos that we need to
the public indicates
grant the motion to
not clear on, a request
about our 6~udaet.
MR. RENNER: Yes. I've tried to indicate to everyone by phone, actually,
that that may not be possible due to those concerns. We have not guaranteed a
meeting in San Luis.
MR. HOLDER: I'd love to do it that way, especially if it could be held
off until July or August when the fishing's better.
MR. GELLEGOS: Fish below the mine site.
MR. ENTZ: I'll second the motion.
