The estimated amount of $15, 500. 00 only covers the installation of the crossing material en the (two) tracks and the adjustment of our coirununication pole line to proper height , if required. All of the other work in connection with the crossing such as widening the approaches , installation of any necessary drainage culverts under the roadway, the placement of any and all gravel and blacktop material on roadway and etc. , is to be handled by the licensee at its expense . It would be required that the estimated cost in each case above ($86 , 740.00 for signal protection and $15, 500.00 for new crossing) be deposited with the Railroad Company prior to the installations . :After the installations are complete , the licensee will either be refunded or billed according to the actual charges required to install the signal pro- tection and new 24-foot wide crossing. Also, a four to six month construction schedule must be expected from the time the deposit is received and all agreements are executed, and the final completion •of the subject installation. OE course , all of the above stated would be subject to our Management ' s approval and upon Brush Creek and Eagle River Company ' s willingness to execute all the necessary and proper agreements required by our Company.
