Commencing at the northeast corner of the northwest
one-quarter of northeast one-quarter of said Section
28, thence south along the east line of said north-
west 1/4 a distance of 1,000.00 feet, to the true
point of beginning; thence south along the east line
of said northwest 1/4 a distance of 1200.00 feet;
thence on an angle to the left of 144 degrees 27'44",
a distance of 1720.47 feet; thence on an angle to
the left of 125 degrees 32'16", a distance of 500.00
feet; thence on an angle to the left of 75 degrees
57'50", a distance of 1443.08 feet; thence on an
angle to the left of 186 degrees 54'40", a distance
of 1209.34 feet; thence on an angle to the left
of 97 degrees 07'30", a distance of 1000.00 feet to
the true point of beginning, containing 56.13 acres,
more or less,
subject to the following conditions:
(a) To supply to the County, as offered by the applicants,
sufficient gravel to grade and improve County Road 17-21, from the
junction of said road with County Road 166 northerly, to the junction
of Road 17-21 with County Road 186.
(b) To provide to Elbert County, at no cost to the County,
sufficient gravel to compensate the County for the cost of three
cattle-guards contained in said stretch of road which will be re-
moved by Elbert County to facilitate the haulage of gravel from the
proposed open pit m:Lne.
(c) To obta:tn an easement approximately one-quarter mile in
length to provide access to the open pit mine property as the re-
sult of an extension of County Road 174 from its junction with
County Road 29 westerly to the mined property site, and if and when
requested by said Board of County Commissioners to provide gravel
from said mine pit :for the purpose of extending Road 174 from its
existing junction to County Road 29 to the site of the open pit
gravel mine.
