Any livestock that does <br />enter the highway right of way is the responsibility of the property <br />owner. <br />21. A COPY OF THIS PERMIT MUST BE ON THE JOB WITH THE CONTRACTOR. <br />22. This permit is issued in accordance with The State Highway Access Code, <br />and is based upon the information submitted I>y the permi[tee. Changes - <br />in traffic volumes, drainage, type of traffic or other operational - <br />aspects may render this permit void, requiring a new permit to be issued <br />based upon existing and anticipated future conditions. <br />23. The permittee shall provide and install a "TRUCKS TURNING" sign at 500 <br />feet east of the access and another "TRUCKS TURNING" sign at 500 feet <br />nest of the access. The signs shall be manufactured in accordance with <br />the MUTCD, <br />24, Should the vehicular impacts to State Highway 96, exceed the volumes <br />disclosed in Che Application for Access Permit for this access, or the <br />access becomes a hazard as determined 1>y [he Department of Highways, the <br />)e partmen[ of Highways may require the permittee to construct speed <br />~:hange lanes. <br />Page Two of IWo Pegea. <br />
